American Vegan Kitchen.
I can finally share some of the delicious things I've been busy testing for Tami's new cookbook....American Vegan Kitchen. I can't give you the names of the recipes just yet, but you can drool over them anyway! There are more fantastic one's, but these are some of my absolute favourites (I didn't want to make too huge of a post!)

These were so fantastic. Even the UnVegettes polished them off and wanted more!
Yum. What else can I say? I tested these in winter but I can't wait to make them again and stick them on the bbq!

These are the best things I think I've ever eaten!! The salad in the background is a test recipe also and is creamy-licious!
Another fabulous salad....with a twist!
I will eat this salad over and over and over.
These were absolutely addictive!! I could eat them every single night!
Some Baking:
These will rival any store bought roll and are more healthful as well.
And some Sensational Sweet Things:
This is so amazing my family never stop asking me to make it!

wow! that's an amazing array of food. I'm on an asparagus kick lately and filo or puff pastry around it looks great. not to mention the raisin bread and all of the other great looking stuff.
